The Carriage House
Once a historic livery stable, the Carriage House now serves as one of Anderson’s most popular event venues. At the 2009 Soiree, the Carriage House was host to the famous Clydesdale horses. Since that time many brides have become enamored with the distinct flavor the venue offers. There are approximately 3000 square feet accommodating 180 seated guests.
The Courtyard
The elaborate stable doors of the Carriage House open up to a spacious, delightful courtyard featuring a fountain in the center. The courtyard is ideal for an outdoor wedding or other social gatherings. With nearly 3000 square feet and accommodating up to 250 guests, it is perfect for your downtown Anderson wedding or other special events.
Pracht Alley
Pracht Alley is a beautiful alleyway that connects the Church Street Parking lot, the Carriage House, and Benson Street. Ideal for pictures and smaller gatherings, this space has been used for ceremonies with up to 20 people, cocktail hours, and as an entrance to set the mood for your beautiful downtown Anderson event.
